I'm a bit of a heretic when it comes to music genres. To me there's only one important factor: It should sound "right" 'to you'. And if it doesn't sound like anything else... "Great! You have just invented a new musical sub-genre. One small step for a man... :) "

I'm not sure if this can help you, but here is a flowchart that an audiophile friend of mine once said was very accurate: http://forum.cakewalk.com/download.axd?file=0;1886138 (don't have the link to the original source anymore - sorry about it looking stretched...)

Btw: Other users cannot listen to the project you've linked to. (You can test this by logging out and then clicking the link.)

honestly i think the first sentiment about how it sounds to you is most definitely the most important part of music actually tbh lmao so you're definitely on the dot about it there.

the flowchart is interesting but unfortunately nu metal best metal. ok no srsly flowchart is interesting actually. pretty helpful for like vocals actually but what im like curious about is like instrumentally and all

(im dumb as hell i never realised that oml should be working now0
